How do I enable cookies to view my media gallery?
The Media Gallery tool requires you to enable third-party session cookies in your web browser in order to access and play media. If third-party session cookies are not enabled in your web browser, media will not display when you access the Media Gallery tool. Instead, a notification message will appear advising you to update your cookie settings.
Follow the steps below to enable third-party cookies in your web browser:
Enable cookies in Google Chrome.

To enable cookies in Chrome for Mac, access the Preferences option.
