How do I enable cookies to view my media gallery?
The Media Gallery tool requires you to enable third-party session cookies in your web browser in order to access and play media. If third-party session cookies are not enabled in your web browser, media will not display when you access the Media Gallery tool. Instead, a notification message will appear advising you to update your cookie settings.
Follow the steps below to enable third-party cookies in your web browser:
Enable cookies in Google Chrome.

To enable cookies in Chrome for Mac, access the Preferences option.
Select Preferences from the Chrome menu at the top of your screen, or press Command + , on your keyboard.
Open the advanced settings and select Privacy and security.
