How do I activate community guidelines for Conversations?
Add custom community guidelines for your course that all participants must agree to before viewing posts in the Conversations tool.
Go to the Conversations tool.

Select the Conversations tool from the Tool Menu of your site.
Click Settings.

Toggle on the Community Guidelines.

- Toggle Enable Community Guidelines to On. You will see a preview of the default guidelines provided by your system administrator.
- Click Edit Guidelines to customize the guideline text.
Edit community guidelines as needed.

- Enter community guidelines using the Rich Text Editor.
- Click Save.
Preview the community guidelines.

A preview of the Community Guidelines displays to you after clicking Save.
